This event aims to foster open conversations and understanding surrounding mental health during the Lenten season. Tickets are available at the office, with a suggested donation and a pay-what-you-can policy, ensuring accessibility to all. Hurry, as there's a maximum capacity of 200 people, and tickets may sell out fast. Don't miss this opportunity to come together and give up the stigma surrounding mental health in our community.

Join us for OUR STIGMA Potluck for PTSD Awareness on March 20th at Elim Lutheran Church, located at 20971 Olinda Trail N, Scandia, MN. Starting at 5:15pm, bring a dish to share as we come together to raise awareness and support for those affected by PTSD. The event will feature Russ Hanes, the Founder of the Invisible Wounds Project, who will shed light on the importance of mental health support for military personnel, first responders, medical staff, and their families. A free will offering will be collected, with proceeds benefiting the Invisible Wounds Project, which provides access to qualified therapy services and other support for those struggling with mental health, PTSD, and suicide issues in Minnesota. Join us in spreading awareness and fostering support for our community members in need.
